Led by CCFT, L-3, USAW L-2. Catalyst Athletics Level 1 and CF L-2 Weightlifting Coach, Benson Fletcher. Improve and strengthen your Snatch and Clean and Jerk through 3 to 5 days a week programming. This class is designed for the beginner weightlifter or high level competitor.



Tues & Thur: 6:30-7:30

Starting August 5th


Led by Pro Strongman and CF-L2, Jordan Wildman. Improve your overall strength through 4 days a week programming. This program includes accessory work, strength in the 3 major power lifting lifts (squat, deadlift and bench) as well as Strongman. Strongman implements will be used to emphasize positioning, strength development and confidence. Competitors at any level are welcome.



Mon – Fri: 9:00, 12:00 & 5:30


This class is designed for general physical preparedness. Varied forms of exercise include, but not limited to: metabolic conditioning, strength, weightlifting, and body weight exercises. Implements to be used will include: barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, jump ropes and strongman implements.

Mon – Fri: 9:00-1:00 and 4:30-6:30

Sat: 9:00-1:00 (starting August 10)

Personal Training


Both coaches offer personal training to further develop your craft, prepare you for competition or simply work within your lifestyle and individualized fitness goals. Additional pricing outside of membership.


Nutrition Coaching


Personalized nutrition coaching by Certified Sports Nutritionist, Jordan Wildman, in addition to your basic nutrition coaching included with membership. This can be specific macronutrient coaching, meal planning or individualized coaching to meet your lifestyle and nutrition/health goals. Additional pricing outside of membership.
